Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orli Within is built on integrity — in the work, in the container, and in every interaction with our members. This policy reflects that commitment. We want every woman inside this membership to feel that her investment was honored and her experience was genuinely valued.

Please read the terms below carefully before enrolling. By completing your enrollment and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy in full.

Monthly Memberships

Within the first 7 days of your initial enrollment, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment. No explanation is required.

After 7 days, monthly membership payments are non-refundable. Because all content, live sessions, recordings, and member resources are made fully available at the start of each billing cycle, refunds are not available for partial months or for billing cycles already in progress.

To request a refund within the 7-day window, email support@orliwellness.com with the subject line Refund Request, including your full name and the email address associated with your account. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Annual Memberships

A full refund is available within the first 14 days of enrollment. After 14 days, annual membership payments are non-refundable.

If you cancel after the 14-day window, your membership will remain active through the end of your annual billing period and will not auto-renew.

To request a refund within the 14-day window, email support@orliwellness.com with the subject line Refund Request, including your full name and the email address associated with your account. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

VIP Memberships

VIP membership payments follow the same refund terms as monthly memberships above, with one additional condition:

Refunds will not be issued for any month in which the VIP Mastermind session has already taken place, regardless of whether you attended. Because Mastermind sessions are scheduled, curated, and prepared specifically for enrolled VIP members, that month's payment is non-refundable once the session has occurred.

Founding Member Rate

The Founding Member Rate is a permanently locked pricing benefit extended to qualifying early enrollees. Your specific rate is confirmed in your enrollment confirmation email.

Founding Member payments follow the same refund and cancellation terms as standard monthly memberships. The Founding Member Rate is personal to you — it is non-transferable and applies to the original enrolling member only.
Important: If you cancel your Founding Member membership, your locked rate will not be available upon re-enrollment. The then-current standard membership rate will apply.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Orli Within membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain full access to all membership content through the end of the period you have already paid for.

To cancel, you must email support@orliwellness.com with the subject line Cancellation Request, including your full name and the email address associated with your account.

Cancellation requests submitted through any other channel — including the LearnWorlds platform, social media, or direct message — cannot be guaranteed to be received or processed. Your cancellation is not effective until you receive written confirmation from Orli Wellness LLC.

Exceptional Circumstances

We are human beings first. If you are experiencing a genuine hardship — medical, financial, or personal — that makes your membership untenable, please reach out to us at support@orliwellness.com before requesting a cancellation or refund.

We will always do our best to find a solution that honors your circumstances and your relationship with Orli Within. This may include pausing your membership, adjusting your billing timing, or another arrangement that works for both of us. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome in every case, but we promise to listen and respond with care.

This policy applies to all Orli Within membership tiers purchased directly through orliwellness.com. Full membership terms are set out in Clause 28 of our Terms and Conditions. Orli Wellness LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email with reasonable advance notice.
